This adapter is designed to connect an UNREGULATED solar panel (Has Grey Anderson Plug on it) to a Power Easy using the Red Anderson at the back (Solar Input).
The reason for this adapter is most solar panels have a Grey Anderson. However, solar panels can be regulated on unregulated.
If you plug an unregulated solar panel with a grey Anderson into the Grey Anderson on the Power Easy you will damage the battery.
