A lift kit fitted to my FJ Cruiser made it hard for my wife to get into the vehicle. Purchased and fitted the side steps to make life easier. In terms of installation, the mechanical parts were easy to fit. The wiring was somewhat more challenging, as the loom had insufficient cable to reach both sides of the cabin. Had to splice in about 1.2m to the 3 motor/ lighting/ switching wires. Otherwise, all worked well. Side steps make entry and exit really easy!
