Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $250.00. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of ordering, where stock is available. For custom orders and/or backorders there may be up to a 5 - 7 business day build, test and dispatch period.
All orders are shipped either by Australia Post or via Border Express (For Dangerous Goods e.g. Lithium Batteries etc), which generally means:
- Next business day dispatch between major cities, if stock is available.
- Delivery within 7 - 12 working days elsewhere.
If there is an issue with your delivery or you suspect damage based on the state of the packaging, please take photos and DO NOT ACCEPT OR SIGN for the delivery of the items.
Please note that Dangerous Goods items e.g Lithium Batteries may be subject to slightly longer delivery times due to the nature of the cargo.
International Shipping
We are able to ship your order anywhere in the world, however, we require customers to organise their own freight for international orders. Please contact us if you wish to have your battery shipped overseas.
Change of Mind Policy
We do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind once an order has been placed, please ensure you are 100% certain you want to proceed with your order and check with our friendly team memebers on lead times. This includes cases where you no longer require the item, due to change to mind.
