Delivery Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. JTS 12 Volt is not liable for any delays, losses, or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.
Order Fulfillment and Dispatch

All orders are delivered from Monday to Friday. Deliveries may not be made on weekends, public holidays, or after business hours.
Shipping Options and Delivery Times

Local Pickup
You can choose the local pickup option at checkout if you wish to collect your order from our store. If you select this option, please contact us in advance to confirm your pickup time and ensure your order is prepared for collection.

Shipping Costs and Additional Information
