Lifetime Warranty is only valid for Original Owner within Australia.

Frequently Asked Questions

CAN I CHARGE USING A 240V CHARGER?
You must use a 240V to 12V Charger that has a correct charging Profile for your battery.
Use either of the Side Grey Anderson plugs to connect your 240V Charger.
You can also use the black and red terminals at the front of the unit to connect the alligator clips from your charger.

CAN I INSTALL IT MYSELF?
Yes. The Power Easy Base Camp is a perfect fit for DIY.

The Power Easy Dual Battery range is constructed the way you would expect from a JTS Australian Built product. The correct size of wiring is critical for safety, longevity and the protection of your gear. Commonly in imported products, the gauge of wiring used is just not up to standard. Remember the more resistance in your cable the more current items like portable fridges will draw.

The JTS team use high quality, locally sourced cable with each socket independently fused.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $500.00. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of order, where stock is available. For custom orders or backorders we’ll communicate directly with you within 2 business days of ordering.

Most orders are shipped by Australia Post Express Parcel or Border Express Courier, which generally means:

• Delivery within 2-14 days Nation Wide 

Our shipping insurance applies to approved shipping methods only, we encourage you to purchase additional shipping cover which is charged at 2.5% of the total cost of goods. This additional cover option secures a priority rebuild & express shipping of your order in the event of a shipping loss. By selecting this option, you are ensuring the goods are fully covered during transit and that Custom Lithium will fully cover the shipping and cost of repair or replacement of goods.

If this option is not selected, JT 12 Volt is not liable for the delivery and state of goods as delivery is completed by third-party providers.

If there is an issue with your delivery or you suspect damage based on the state of the packaging, please take photos and DO NOT ACCEPT OR SIGN for the delivery of the items.
